Ingredients
- 2 c. fruit
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Mix fruit and 1/2 sugar; let stand 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, sugar and milk.
- Melt butter.
- Pour batter over butter.
- Pour peaches over batter; do not stir.
- Bake 1 hour at 325°.
