Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese or softened cream cheese
- 1 small banana, mashed
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple, well drained
Method
- In a small bowl, stir together the cheese, banana and nutmeg until smooth.
- Stir in crushed pineapple.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
- Serve with apple wedges, pear wedges, strawberries or other fruit dippers or cake cubes.
