Ingredients
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 c. salted boiling water
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans celery soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Cook carrots and onion in boiling water until tender.
- Stir in soup, milk, cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serves 6 to 8.
