Ingredients
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 1/2 c. English walnuts, broken
- 1 c. whipping cream
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Cook over low heat until thick. Let cool.
- Add next 4 ingredients.
- Gently fold in 1 cup cream, whipped.
- Spoon into greased 8-inch square pan.
- Freeze.
- Cut into squares.
- Serve on lettuce leaf.
