Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 medium red apples, chopped
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 carton Cool Whip
Method
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
- In saucepan, combine juice, sugar and eggs.
- Cook until thick.
- Cool.
- Stir in pineapple, celery, apples and pecans.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Cover and freeze. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
