Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup (reserve 1 Tbsp. syrup)
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- grated peel of one lemon
- 2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 graham cracker crust
Method
- Combine the pineapple, Cool Whip, nuts, lemon peel, lemon juice and reserved pineapple syrup.
- Stir to blend.
- Spoon into crust.
- Cover and freeze for several hours until firm.
