Ingredients

  • 1 envelope whipped topping mix
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows

Method

  • Prepare whipped topping according to package directions, adding almond extract.
  • Beat in softened cream cheese.
  • Fold in drained fruit and marshmallows.
  • Freeze in 9 x 9-inch pan or you may freeze in individual servings by using paper baking cups. Freeze several hours or overnight.
  • Makes 9 to 12 servings.
