Ingredients
- 1 envelope whipped topping mix
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves
- 1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
Method
- Prepare whipped topping according to package directions, adding almond extract.
- Beat in softened cream cheese.
- Fold in drained fruit and marshmallows.
- Freeze in 9 x 9-inch pan or you may freeze in individual servings by using paper baking cups. Freeze several hours or overnight.
- Makes 9 to 12 servings.
