Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 to 4 c. strawberries, diced
- 16 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 4 bananas, mashed
Method
- Soften cream cheese.
- Mix in sugar and mayonnaise.
- Add strawberries, pineapple and bananas.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Place in cupcake liners in muffin tin.
- Freeze solid.
- May top with dollop of whipped cream and a cherry.
- May also freeze in a cake pan. Makes 20 to 24 cupcake size servings.
