Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 to 4 c. strawberries, diced
  • 16 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 4 bananas, mashed

Method

  • Soften cream cheese.
  • Mix in sugar and mayonnaise.
  • Add strawberries, pineapple and bananas.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Place in cupcake liners in muffin tin.
  • Freeze solid.
  • May top with dollop of whipped cream and a cherry.
  • May also freeze in a cake pan. Makes 20 to 24 cupcake size servings.
