Ingredients
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
Method
- Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt until smooth.
- Stir in fruit and nuts.
- Fold in cranberry sauce and Cool Whip.
- Freeze in muffin tins lined with cupcake papers.
- Makes about 18.
- Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving on lettuce.
