Ingredients
- 12 c. corn
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
Method
- Cut raw corn off the cob.
- Measure and put in a heavy pot; add butter and water.
- Start heating on low until butter melts, then increase heat and bring to a slow boil.
- Boil 15 minutes. Set off heat and cool by setting pot in ice water or overnight in refrigerator.
- When corn is cold, fill freezer boxes and freeze. No salt!
