Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker Ready-Crust* or make your own crust
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. or 4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed sweetened milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 pt. Borden whipping cream or 1 c. Cool Whip

Method

  • *Or make your own crust using 2 cups finely crushed cream-filled chocolate cookies (about 20 cookies) and 1/4 cup margarine or butter melted.
  • Combine cookie crumbs and margarine; press on bottom and up sides to rim of a lightly buttered 9-inch pie plate.
  • Chill.
  • (The graham cracker pie crust works great.)
