Ingredients
- 1 can blueberries in heavy syrup
- 2 large bananas
- 8 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 large pkg. lemon jello
Method
- Heat pineapple juice and syrup from blueberries to boiling. Use to dissolve jello.
- Allow to cool.
- Mash bananas.
- Add blueberries and bananas to jello mix.
- Whip cream with a little sugar to serving consistency and blend into mixture.
- Freeze in 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch dish.
- Serves 9.
