Ingredients
- 1 large can apricots
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- chopped nuts
Method
- Drain juice from apricots and blend in blender, adding a little juice.
- Add 1/3 cup lemon juice and sugar.
- Put in freezer tray.
- Whip cream and add powdered sugar; put on top of apricot mixture.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Takes about three hours to freeze.
