Ingredients
- 2 to 3 c. rice
- 2 to 4 pieces chopped bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped beef, pork or chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Fry bacon until brown.
- Add chopped ingredients and fry 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add rice.
- Cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix eggs and soy sauce in bowl.
- Pour over rice and stir until cooked.
