Ingredients
- 1 c. white rice
- 1/2 c. frozen peas and carrots
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. onions, diced
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. real bacon bits
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- light soy sauce to taste
Method
- Optional:
- Omit bacon bits and add 1 1/2 to 2 cups of cooked chicken.
