Ingredients
- 1 c. rice (see directions)
- 3 beaten eggs
- 6 large mushrooms, diced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 8 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 to 1 c. any diced ham, shrimp, bacon, pork
Method
- Cover rice with water and put lid on pan.
- Put on medium heat until pan lid is hot.
- Turn heat down to very low.
- No salt.
- Cook for 35 minutes.
- Fluff with fork.
- Cool with lid off.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
