Ingredients
- 4 to 5 good sized potatoes, peeled and washed skins
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 ring Eckrich smoked sausage, sliced in bite size pieces
- salt, pepper, garlic powder and McCormick Salad Supreme spice
Method
- Fry potatoes in butter (margarine okay).
- Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
- Sprinkle to cover lightly the Salad Supreme.
- When potatoes are almost ready, add onions and sausage. Turn often.
- Cover until sausage is heated.
- Serve with favorite veggie.
