Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 good sized potatoes, peeled and washed skins
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 ring Eckrich smoked sausage, sliced in bite size pieces
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder and McCormick Salad Supreme spice

Method

  • Fry potatoes in butter (margarine okay).
  • Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  • Sprinkle to cover lightly the Salad Supreme.
  • When potatoes are almost ready, add onions and sausage. Turn often.
  • Cover until sausage is heated.
  • Serve with favorite veggie.
