Ingredients
- okra
- onion
- green pepper
- hot pepper
- vegetable flakes
- cooking oil
Method
- Wash and thinly slice okra, onion and pepper.
- Add vegetable flakes.
- Prepare wok or frying pan, using a very low-fat oil. Slide vegetables in and stir until tender, about 20 minutes.
