Ingredients

  • 1 lb. thin spaghetti
  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • garlic
  • 1 c. beef or chicken meat
  • 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. soya sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • salt to taste

Method

  • Cook spaghetti and drain.
  • Cut beef or chicken into strips. Season with 2 tablespoons soya sauce and cornstarch.
  • Heat wok and add 2 tablespoons of oil; when hot add garlic and onion until brown.
  • Add meat and stir-fry until done.
  • Add vegetables for 2 minutes.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of soya sauce and oyster sauce.
  • Add noodles.
  • Stir-fry until well mixed.
  • Add salt for taste.
