Ingredients
- 1 lb. thin spaghetti
- 2 large carrots, shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- garlic
- 1 c. beef or chicken meat
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 4 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- salt to taste
Method
- Cook spaghetti and drain.
- Cut beef or chicken into strips. Season with 2 tablespoons soya sauce and cornstarch.
- Heat wok and add 2 tablespoons of oil; when hot add garlic and onion until brown.
- Add meat and stir-fry until done.
- Add vegetables for 2 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of soya sauce and oyster sauce.
- Add noodles.
- Stir-fry until well mixed.
- Add salt for taste.
