Ingredients

  • 3 Potatoes (large)
  • 1/2 Onions (finely chopped)
  • 5 grams Soup stock granules
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 1 Frying oil

Method

  • Peel the potato skin and microwave to soften.
  • To shape well, adjust the amount of katakuriko depending on the size of the potatoes.
  • Transfer this on a plastic wrap and cut into desired sizes.
  • Pour the oil about 3cm deep in the frying pan and heat to 180C.
  • Deep fry carefully.
  • It's easier to flip them if you use a spatula.
