- 4 cups canola oil
- 3 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup beer
Method
- for the batter:
- add:
- flour.
- salt.
- old bay seanoning.
- beer.
- mix.
- dregde cheese curds in batter.
- PLACE IN SMALL ICE CUBE TRAYS AND FREEZE.
- COOK FROZEN.
- fry in canola oil until golden @ 350.
