Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch of baking powder
- water
Method
- Break cauliflower into flowerets and cook in salted water until tender.
- Drain.
- While this is cooking, mix flour, salt, baking powder and eggs.
- Add enough water to make a real thin batter.
- Coat cauliflower in batter and fry real quick in hot salad oil on both sides.
- If any batter is left over, drop by heaping spoonfuls into hot oil
- and fry on both sides. Delicious!!!
- Drain on absorbent paper.
