Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pinch of baking powder
  • water

Method

  • Break cauliflower into flowerets and cook in salted water until tender.
  • Drain.
  • While this is cooking, mix flour, salt, baking powder and eggs.
  • Add enough water to make a real thin batter.
  • Coat cauliflower in batter and fry real quick in hot salad oil on both sides.
  • If any batter is left over, drop by heaping spoonfuls into hot oil
  • and fry on both sides. Delicious!!!
  • Drain on absorbent paper.
