Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 4 carrots
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. ham, cooked and diced
Method
- Melt butter in large skillet.
- Add chopped cabbage, carrots, salt and pepper.
- Cook on medium heat; stir frequently to keep from burning.
- Let cabbage begin to brown.
- Add 1 cup water and ham.
- Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
