Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Hearty Grain biscuits
  • 1 (8 oz.) container plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. seeded tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Separate biscuits and place in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
  • Press biscuits over bottom and 1-inch up sides. Seal perforations.
  • Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool completely.
  • Blend plain yogurt, horseradish, salt and pepper. Spread over crust.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over top.
  • Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
