Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 8 c. sliced peaches
Method
- Pour melted margarine into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine flour, sugar and milk.
- Pour batter over margarine to cover bottom of pan.
- Place peaches on top of batter.
- Bake in a 450° oven for 30 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 375° and continue baking until golden brown.
- Serves 16.
