Ingredients

  • 4 c. sliced potatoes
  • 1 sm. cabbage, cored
  • 1 (12 ounce.) can corned beef
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp. French dressing

Method

  • Combine potatoes and 1 c. of water in a skillet.
  • Cover and cook for 5 min.
  • Push potatoes to center.
  • Cut cabbage into 6 wedges.
  • Arrange around potatoes.
  • Cover and cook 10 min.
  • Slice corned beef in 6 slices.
  • Arrange over potatoes.
  • Mix mayonnaise, mustard and salad dressing.
  • Spoon over corned beef.
  • Heat slightly and serve.
