Ingredients
- 2 c. shelled garden peas
- 4 or 5 small new potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Put the peas, potatoes, butter, water, sugar, salt and pepper in pot and cook for about 45 minutes.
- Stir the flour in milk and stir in peas.
- Bring to a boil and serve.
