Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. diced apples
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients together.
- Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- This is a very moist cake; should be refrigerated if there are leftovers.
