Ingredients
- 1 (8 to 10 oz.) can tuna, drained (reserve juice)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 stick butter (frozen)
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, whites and yolks grated separately
- 8 oz. light cheese, grated
- 1/6 onion, minced
Method
- Make layers, using a large, round, flat plate.
- Layer coarsely grated egg whites, coarsely grated cheese, chopped and drained tuna, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, minced onion and coarsely grated egg yolks.
