- 6 pieces bread
- 5 medium eggs
- cinnamon to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat a skillet to 325°.
- In a large bowl, mix eggs and beat with a fork until mixed well.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Beat with fork some more.
- Dip bread in mixture, completely covering both sides.
