- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- white flour
- 4 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
Method
- Beat eggs with a fork.
- Add salt.
- Add and stir in flour until dough forms.
- Divide dough into 2 parts.
- Roll out thinly on a heavily floured surface.
- Cut rolled dough into thin strips.
- Allow strips to dry out.
- Cook in boiling broth.
- Add cooked chicken pieces and turn recipe into a soup!
