Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 baked 8-inch pie shell
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat well.
- Add 1 egg and beat 5 minutes.
- Add second egg and beat additional 5 minutes.
- Make sure and beat a total of 10 minutes. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate.
- Serve with whipped cream. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
