Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cooked and sliced in 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 lb. small red potatoes, cooked and sliced into large pieces
- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. diced onion or less
Method
- Toss cooked potatoes gently with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
- Add sausage to potatoes.
- Add onion.
