Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • 1 to 2 tsp. basil
  • 1 to 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. pizza cheese
  • any other favorite pizza topping

Method

  • Slice and cut bread in individual pieces.
  • Drizzle with olive oil (this prevents bread from soaking up pizza sauce).
  • Top with sauce and other ingredients.
  • Put on baking sheet and bake in 450° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until bubbly and bread is lightly browned.
