Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1 c. chopped raisins
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat for 4 minutes.
- Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
- Cool in pan (upright) for 15 minutes and remove.
- Dust with confectioners sugar when cool. Keeps very well in refrigerator for days and also freezes well.
