Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 1 c. chopped raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Method

  • Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat for 4 minutes.
  • Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
  • Cool in pan (upright) for 15 minutes and remove.
  • Dust with confectioners sugar when cool. Keeps very well in refrigerator for days and also freezes well.
