Ingredients
- 9 inch pie shell - uncooked
- 6 cups sliced, pared apples
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
Method
- Mix cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. flour, toss with apples.
- Put in pie shell. Sprinkle with small amount of water.
- Mix together butter, brown sugar, and flour till crumbly.
- Place on top of apples.
