Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- corn oil
Method
- Heat oil in large skillet.
- Cut chicken into bite size strips. Combine egg, salt, pepper, mustard and ketchup in bowl.
- Stir.
- Dip cut up chicken in mixture and coat with flour.
- Place in hot oil; fry until done, approximately 5 minutes.
- Serve with ketchup or barbecue sauce for dipping.
