Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage head
- 1 stick celery
- 1 green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Method
- Mix cabbage, celery, pepper and salt.
- Cover it with water and soak for 1 hour, then drain.
- Mix in another bowl with sugar, vinegar, water, celery seed and mustard seed.
- Put in cooker and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cool it and pour it over cabbage mix.
- Mix it up good.
- Put in freezer cups.
- Store in refrigerator overnight, then you freeze it.
- Thaw and eat.
