Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. hot dogs, cut in 2 inch pieces
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. sugar substitute
- 9 oz. frozen French style green beans
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Preheat heavy skillet.
- Add franks and brown on all sides. Cook celery and onion in broth until it has evaporated.
- Add to the franks.
- Add remaining ingredients and cover.
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Serves 2.
- 350 calories per serving.
