  • 5 lb. Ground Meat, Beef, Pork, Sausage
  • Bunch of Celery (diced)
  • 6 Peppers (mixed and diced)
  • 1/4 c. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 c. Thyme (fresh) or 1/4 c. (dried)
  • 1 c. Oregano (fresh) or 1/4 c. (dried)
  • 2 c. Parsley (fresh) or 1 c. (dried)
  • 10 Cloves of Garlic (fresh & diced)
  • 1/2 bushel of Tomatoes (fresh, skin off, diced)
  • 4 Small Cans Tomato Paste or 1 qt. Can
  • 1 c. Real Butter
  • 4 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 qt. Mushrooms (fresh if desired)
  • 8 Onions (diced)
  • 1 c. Fresh Basil (cut)
  • 12 Bay Leaves (dried)
  • 1 c. Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Black Pepper

Method

  • Put Olive Oil and Butter in Skillet
  • and heat.
