- 5 lb. Ground Meat, Beef, Pork, Sausage
- Bunch of Celery (diced)
- 6 Peppers (mixed and diced)
- 1/4 c. Italian Seasoning
- 1 c. Thyme (fresh) or 1/4 c. (dried)
- 1 c. Oregano (fresh) or 1/4 c. (dried)
- 2 c. Parsley (fresh) or 1 c. (dried)
- 10 Cloves of Garlic (fresh & diced)
- 1/2 bushel of Tomatoes (fresh, skin off, diced)
- 4 Small Cans Tomato Paste or 1 qt. Can
- 1 c. Real Butter
- 4 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 qt. Mushrooms (fresh if desired)
- 8 Onions (diced)
- 1 c. Fresh Basil (cut)
- 12 Bay Leaves (dried)
- 1 c. Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
Method
- Put Olive Oil and Butter in Skillet
- and heat.
