- 1 c. apricot preserves
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 lb. frankfurters
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Method
- In a skillet, combine preserves, vinegar, tomato sauce and cooking sherry. Cut franks into 1-inch pieces and add to sauce. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot with wooden picks.
