Ingredients

  • 3 c. mashed, cooked fresh sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. Flavorite cinnamon
  • 2 c. Flavorite miniature marshmallows

Method

  • Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, 1/2 cup butter, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, pecans and milk in large bowl; mix well. Spoon into a 2-quart greased casserole.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Cover with marshmallows.
  • Bake until marshmallows are brown.
