- 3 c. mashed, cooked fresh sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. Flavorite cinnamon
- 2 c. Flavorite miniature marshmallows
Method
- Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, 1/2 cup butter, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, pecans and milk in large bowl; mix well. Spoon into a 2-quart greased casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
- Cover with marshmallows.
- Bake until marshmallows are brown.
