Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. water (will probably need more)
Method
- Mix thoroughly.
- May need to add more water.
- Make 1 cookie at a time on lightly greased skillet or griddle.
- Pour 1 teaspoon of the batter.
- Spread to 3 1/2-inch circle.
- Cook over low heat until browned, turn and cook 1 more minute, working quickly.
- Put fortune in center of cookie; fold cookie in half and then fold again over edge of bowl.
- Place cookies in muffin pan to cool. Enjoy!
