Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. water (will probably need more)

Method

  • Mix thoroughly.
  • May need to add more water.
  • Make 1 cookie at a time on lightly greased skillet or griddle.
  • Pour 1 teaspoon of the batter.
  • Spread to 3 1/2-inch circle.
  • Cook over low heat until browned, turn and cook 1 more minute, working quickly.
  • Put fortune in center of cookie; fold cookie in half and then fold again over edge of bowl.
  • Place cookies in muffin pan to cool. Enjoy!
