- 1 doz. eggs
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 4 strips bacon
- 1/4 c. green peppers, diced
- 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/4 c. white sherry
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.
- Beat eggs; add butter and milk.
- Mix well.
- Spread in a 9 x 13-inch greased glass baking dish.
- Mix all remaining ingredients, except cheese, together and spread over egg mixture.
- Top with cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 250° for 50 minutes.
- Serves 6.
