Ingredients
- 1/4 small Turnip
- 1 tbsp Semi-dried young sardines (jyako)
- 5 grams Butter
- 1 dash Green onions or scallions
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
Method
- Cut the turnips into half moons.
- Melt the butter and saute the turnips.
- Add in the small fish once the turnips have lightly cooked through.
- Sprinkle it with shio-konbu and garnish with green onions.
- Add it to the bento after it has cooled.
