Ingredients
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Lay on crescent roll in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine sugar, cream cheese, egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla.
- Spread over crescent roll and top with second crescent roll.
- Combine, but don't beat, egg white with 1/3 cup sugar and sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Spread on top of crescent roll.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
