Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Lay on crescent roll in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Combine sugar, cream cheese, egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla.
  • Spread over crescent roll and top with second crescent roll.
  • Combine, but don't beat, egg white with 1/3 cup sugar and sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • Spread on top of crescent roll.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  • Cool and serve.
