Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder (this is right)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 and 2 Tbsp. milk (more if too thick)
Method
- Combine dry ingredients, add rest and mix.
- Let set a minute until mix fluffs up; if too thick add some more milk.
- Cook on hot buttered griddle.
- (This is the best pancake mix I've come across yet.)
