Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Place butter in a 1 quart bowl. Microwave on high until melted. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Microwave on '5' for 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring half way through. Beat with a whisk until thickened. DO NOT OVERCOOK as sauce will curdle.
