- 1 bottle lemon juice
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- salt and pepper
Method
- Marinate fish for several hours (in refrigerator) in fresh lemon juice, putting in a few slices of lemon and onion, salt, pepper and garlic (if desired).
- Grill or broil until fish flakes easily with a fork.
