Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew meat, cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. peas, potatoes, onions and carrots
- 1 slice white bread in crumbs or 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- herbs (add your own; salt, pepper, garlic)
Method
- Mix garlic and other herbs in with meat.
- Add all other ingredients in casserole.
- Cover and bake at 250° for 5 hours.
